The proudest moment in my life
When I was younger, I really hated to get into the water .
That means I was afraid to learn how to swim.
But, one day, my mom encouraged me to learn how to swim and took me to
a swimming lesson when I was 9 years old.
I remember the scary moment of the first swimming lesson class. Frankly speaking,
the first lesson was quite fun so I enjoyed it a lot.
The swimming coach understood me well and she gave her students so much fun during the lessons.
However, one year later, a new tough coach came to the swimming class.
As time goes by, he shouted loudly and yelled so much to the class.
Even I thought I shoudn’t go to the swimming class because of the teacher.
He treated us like we are professional swimmers.
He didn’t gave us enough time to rest and allow to chat while we were lined up.
But, we had slowly understood why the coach had pushed us a lot.
That was because he wanted us to overcome the hard training and be ready and organized for the upcoming swimming contests.
Finally, the trainings were not only helpful, but also they gave me the proudest moment in my life.
You should be proud! Overcoming what you are scared of is a good thing! I wonder how fast you swim!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you! I was very scared when I first learn swimming too. I think you made a good memory about swimming. I want to see your swimming.
