Inner beauty

Inner beauty

Today I asked my mom  " What do you think inner beauty is?"
My mom said, Inner beauty is respecting and helping others and overcoming oneself.
And I asked another question to her. "Mom, could you tell me about your challenges in your life?" She said “My challenges in my life were having a baby and a emotional recovery from losing my dad when I was 18.”

My mom told me that having a baby was a huge challenge for her, because she was a bit afraid of being a real MOM, even though to be a mom was exciting.
She eventually learnt that having a baby is challenging to all women and living as a mom is an excellent learning process. After 9 months, she delivered a healthy and bright baby; well, that’s me. She said it was the most proudest moment of her life.

She continued “I lost my dad when I was 18. My mom and I were so sad for a while. One day, I discovered I should be brave and happy for my mom and my brothers.” She said that one could be lonely and sad when he or she has a difficult time. But, if a someone who has a inner strength, then she/he could overcome the difficulty in a short period.

I have discovered once again that my mom is a very brave and generous woman. Because she had experienced many difficult times in her life and overcome the difficulties very wisely. During the interview, I thought to myself ’What should I do if I were being put into her situations?’. Isn’t she amazing? I absolutely admire my mom for her inner beauty and her inner strength.

The Most Effective Diet Know-hows?

Do you really want to know the most effective diet know-hows?

Would you like to know the most effective diet know-hows? Let me explain some effective and efficient diet know-hows. However, I want to tell you that the examples here are just a very little portion since  there are so many diet methods in the world.

Firstly, I would like to introduce you to the most important diet know-how; a balanced diet.
According to diet experts and research, most people who want to simply lose weight choose to eat only vegetables or eat a one-meal-a-day diet. And, actually, these methods could be very effective to lose weight in a few days.
However, you should be careful of eating only one meal a day or vegetables. For someone who is sick or needs health care, these could be really good for them.  But, in general, your body requires a well-balanced nutrition for your daily life.  Experts say a balanced diet meets daily nutritional requirements for good health. That means you should eat a proper amount of protein, carbs, fibre and even fat. Well, they say that women need fewer nutrients than men.

Secondly, do you really want to lose weight? Then you need to do exercise. Well, some sports such as soccer, swimming, and badminton are really helpful for losing weight only you do and enjoy them on a regular basis. In other words, if you do not workout or do exercise regularly, you will probably gain more weight than not. Besides, if you are not doing exercise anymore after you have done a one-time excessive workout at a gym, it is quite ineffective and dangerous to your body. So, please do exercise or workout on a regular basis for your health and diet. In addition, standing or strolling after a meal and practicing yoga would be very helpful to your diet plan.

Thirdly and finally, a healthy mindset and a sound daily habit are very important to lose weight and carry a healthy life.  If you decide you are going to do a diet, it is extremely important to set your mind and goal clearly and say to yourself 'I can do it'.  And, not only your mindset but your daily habit is also important, because the habit will make you do exercise.

Probably, all the women in the world might have done their own diets more than once. Well, I finally gave up my diet plan and felt so tired after a one-day vegetable diet. From that experience, I learnt that I should not give up and do my best for my health.

My conclusion is that everyone including myself could lose weight and be healthy by doing proper exercises and eating a well-balanced diet. However, I think the most important things which you should not forget are your healthy mindset and attitude.

A movie character best represents me is Matilda.
Story of a wonderful little girl, who happens to be a genius.
Matilda becomes a very sweet and extremely intelligent 6 year old girl, who is very keen to go to school and read some books.
In this story her parents are very bad because who are send her to school with the worst principal in the world.
With enough practice, Matilda starts to learn abut control her telekinetic powers and soon using them on her principal so she can drive her away from the school.
I think Matilda is similar to me, and I learn many thing about Matilda.
And actually, I like her mind-set and positive thinking. So my best movie character represents me is Matilda.

The proudest moment in my life

The proudest moment in my life

When I was younger, I really hated to get into the water .
That means I was afraid to learn how to swim.
But, one day, my mom encouraged me to learn how to swim and took me to
a swimming lesson when I was 9 years old.
I remember the scary moment of the first swimming lesson class. Frankly speaking,
the first lesson was quite fun so I enjoyed it a lot.
The swimming coach understood me well and she gave her students so much fun during the lessons.

However, one year later, a new tough coach came to the swimming class.
As time goes by, he shouted loudly and yelled so much to the class.
Even I thought I shoudn’t go to the swimming class because of the teacher.
He treated us like we are professional swimmers.
He didn’t gave us enough time to rest and allow to chat while we were lined up.

But, we had slowly understood why the coach had pushed  us a lot.
That was because he wanted us to overcome the hard training and be ready and organized for the upcoming swimming contests.

Finally, the trainings were not only helpful, but also they gave me the proudest moment in my life.
